The UPF-BSM Advanced Management Program provides a unique perspective on the evolution of the business environment, relevant for companies and necessary for strategic reformulation in disruptive environments which throw up unexpected challenges that make planning very difficult and result in a sustainable long-term strategic vision being absolutely critical.

The program has been designed based on a unique value proposition: offering the recognized interdisciplinary research power of Pompeu Fabra University to help transfer the relevant knowledge for companies and for those who run them.

The course goes beyond the typical programs involving the acquisition of management skills in the different functional areas, focusing on understanding the environment, strategic formulation, business vision and improving managerial skills and soft skills, which are the key drivers for improving change processes in organizations.
