The UPF-BSM Inside transversal subjects work on key competences for professional development, responding to the needs of today’s organizations.
Six areas. One identity
Each area is composed of different didactic modules that work on a specific theme. Each module requires approximately 10 hours of dedication and is equivalent to 1.5 ECTS credits.
Applied data
The four modules in this area provide an overview of data visualization, management and interpretation.
Ethics, sustainability and social responsibility
Two modules that provide basic knowledge of this area, so that participants can apply them to their projects.
Personal communication
These modules offer resources, techniques and tools to improve interpersonal communication in the professional and personal fields.
Fundamentals of Management
The modules in this area offer fundamental tools and concepts for business management.
Creativity, innovation and project management
Two modules that give an overview of project management and tools that allow and encourage innovation.
Leadership and professional development
These modules offer resources for job and personal growth, as well as tools for team management.
Methodology and registration
- All modules are 100% online and have been designed as self-learning subjects.
- Teaching materials are available on the eCampus to access whenever you want.
- Each unit has a tutor who will resolve any doubts or queries that may arise.
- As you pass each module you will obtain a badge that you can download and share.
Registration is done through an online form, which you will receive through the forum of your program.
