Our commitment to equality dates back to 2012, with the approval of our first Equality Plan. The current plan (2022–2026) aims to ensure non-discrimination and promote diversity across eight key areas, such as recruitment, training, work-life balance, and communication. Each area includes specific objectives and concrete actions to make them effective.
The school has an LGTBI Plan to ensure real equality and eliminate any form of discrimination or harassment against the LGTBI community. Its objectives include promoting safe, diverse, and inclusive work environments, eliminating stereotypes in access to employment, and ensuring equity in rights and benefits. The plan is structured into seven areas of action, ranging from recruitment and training to leave policies and social benefits.
