Xavier Marcet is a Professor of Strategy and Communication, Innovation Applied to Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Leadership at UPF Barcelona School of Management.
He has a Bachelor in History, with a specialization in Contemporary History, from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a Diploma in Public Management, and a Diploma in Leadership and Innovation in Public Services, both from ESADE, as well as a Diploma in Open Innovation & Corporate Entrepreneurship from HASS UC Berkeley, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation Leadership by IESE. He is the President of Lead to Change, an innovation and strategy consultancy.
