Digital experiences of Catalan retail
Currently, in Catalonia ther are already many valuable experiences of retail digitalisation in the field of e-commerce. Some of these examples are the commitment to omni-channeling, improving contact with customers, optimising the management of social media and the application of artificial intelligence, among others.
In this context, the Chair of Future Scenarios for Retail of the UPF Barcelona School of Management (UPF-BSM), directed by Josep-Francesc Valls, is organising the webinar "Digital experiences of Catalan retail", on 30 November at 12:30 pm.
The session, in a completely digital format, aims to stimulate entities in the sector through the presentation of two successful cases of digital transformation: Vila Viniteca and Culinarium. In a panel format, Professor Valls will moderate Cèsar Salvadó, CTO of the wine and spirits company, and Arnau Torres Rubinat, CEO of the company specialising in the sale of ktichenware. The event will also be attended by Jordi Torrades, Director General of Commerce of the Catalan Government.
