The UPF Barcelona School of Management is part of the Institute of Continuing Education Foundation of Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), a private non-profit foundation governed by a Board and a Governing Council. The school also has an Academic Council and an International Advisory Council.

International Advisory Council

The International Advisory Council (IAC) is an advisory board that strengthens and enhances the international reputation of the UPF Barcelona School of Management.

The main functions of the IAC are: 

  • To assess the school's strategic plan and initiatives 
  • To offer advice based on trends  
  • To suggest the implementation of new innovative practices 
  • To contribute to improving the school's international dimension 

IAC members provide expert advice that represents gender, geographical, cultural and disciplinary diversity. The members cover a multi-disciplinary spectrum of roles, including academic, industry and institutional roles. IAC members are approved by the UPF-BSM Governing Council.
