Juan Luis Fernández is Director and Core Faculty Professor at the UPF Barcelona School of Management on the Master of Pharmaceutical Marketing, in addition to participating in other programs such as the MBA and the Master in Digital Marketing.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration (UNED, Madrid) and a PDD from IESE (University of Navarra). He has international certificates such as: Expert Coach, Performance Coaching, Talent Management and Change Management, Change Management, Certifications ATD-USA. Cooper Trained "Health, Fitness Education Program", The Cooper Institute, Dallas (USA), and EQ-i International Emotional Intelligence.
