Carlos Gómez Ligüerre is a Doctor of Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra University, and a Bachelor of Law and Business Administration and Management from the same institution. He is a professor in the Masters in Innovation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, Auditing and Financial Management, and the Postgraduate course in Blockchain and other digital technologies, at the UPF Barcelona School of Management.
