Foreign trade in goods is one of the most important elements to consider in a company’s internationalization process. Logistical aspects and, in particular, decisions on the appropriate mode of transport must be accompanied by the different formal and administrative elements that ensure the transfer of goods is a safe and efficient operation.

The drafting of international business contracts and knowledge of the details of the customs regulations applicable in each case, provide the appropriate framework in which goods can be traded effectively and with minimum risk.

You will learn to identify the essential elements of an international contract and to draft one, and discover the alternatives available for the resolution of disputes between parties. You will also find out about the importance of customs regulations, their underlying pillars (value, origin and customs classification) and the necessary tools to ensure regulatory compliance in customs matters.
