Rodrigo Cetina Presuel is the Associate Dean for Education and Academic Affairs and a Senior Lecturer in Law and Public Policy at the UPF Barcelona School of Management (UPF-BSM). He holds a PhD in Communication Law and Policy from the Complutense University of Madrid and specializes in the legal and regulatory challenges of digital technologies, including internet platforms and artificial intelligence.
