Ethical management week

UPF Barcelona School of Management is organizing an Ethics in Management Week, open to its entire community, in order to delve into how to encourage more conscious and ethical leadership.

From 8 to 12 May, the UPF-BSM facilities will host a series of conferences and round table meetings related to this topic, featuring top professionals from both the academic and business fields who will jointly reflect on the matter with the attendees.

Marcos Eguiguren, Associate Provost UPF-BSM and Director of the Chair of Sustainable Finance, presents his new book Strategic Partnerships that Create Value with his co-author Jaap Boonstra, PhD in Psychology and Professor of Organizational Dynamics at ESADE and Global Leadership at CEMS (The Global Alliance in Management Education). This book presents a conceptual framework, practical knowledge and critical reflections on how to implement sustainable partnerships by delving into their different phases: formation, construction, development and evolution towards a more humanistic world.

In addition, the presentation of the book will be followed by a round table with top-level speakers who will comment on and give examples of real cases, and their respective experiences of how to create these strategic partnerships.
