Mercè Roca Puigvert es Doctora en Management por la Leeds University Business Schooly Máster en Economía y Empresa de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Es la Directora Académica del Master of Science in International Business de la UPF Barcelona School of Management.

Mercè es Profesora titular d'ESCI-UPF. Ha publicado diversos artículos en revistas i editoriales académicas de prestigio reconocido y ha participado en numerosos proyectos de consultoría para empresas e instituciones púbiicas relacionadas con los negocios internacionales y la investigación de mercado.
