I’m Ying Shen, I’m from China, and I worked for six years as a B2B Sales Director.

I feel that this experience has opened my eyes in many ways. We explored many interesting and highly practical real-world business cases that helped me understand how businesses operate in different contexts—especially in a global environment.

When I arrived, I learned to think more practically. Now I’m familiar with frameworks, methodologies, and I know how to approach any problem. I’ve also learned a lot from my classmates and gained valuable perspectives.

After this journey, I studied at UPF-BSM and still believe in the importance of creating long-term value. I especially remember the business simulation, where we worked in teams with different strategies in a highly competitive setting. It was an enriching experience because each team made different decisions and the outcomes varied accordingly.

I would highlight how the program opened my eyes to different ways of doing business in a global context. Learning through real cases and practical exercises gave me a structured and very useful approach to problem-solving. Plus, sharing the experience with classmates from diverse backgrounds gave me new perspectives and ways of thinking.

I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone who wants to start their own business or advance in their professional career. It’s a major challenge—very demanding, but in a good way. That’s why I highly recommend it. I hope that everyone who comes here can launch their own project and take charge of their professional future.
