Lecturer UPF-BSM

Nia Plamenova Djourova és Lecturer de la UPF Barcelona School of Management i ESCI-UPF.

Imparteix docència en diferents programes de la UPF-BSM, que cobreixen matèries com la gestió d'equips, el comportament organitzatiu, el lideratge, la gestió de l'estrès, el mindfulness, la gestió de conflictes i el coaching. A més, exerceix de coordinadora acadèmica del programa MBA Full Time tant en castellà com en anglès.Abans d'incorporar-se a la UPF-BSM, va ser investigadora i col·laboradora de la unitat de coaching de l'IESE Business School, així com professora de la Universitat Internacional de Catalunya i de la Universitat Internacional de València.
