This Online Executive Education Course in Operations Management: from processes to results combines lecturer presentations with student participation in group discussions, through the presentation of successful case studies stories by their protagonists. You will learn from the managerial experience of prominent speakers. 

It takes a theoretical-practical approach, to facilitate learning, make it fun and encourage participant interaction, student-to-student and student-to-lecturer.

You will be continuously evaluated and will prepare a final project in the form of an action plan for a company.

Methodology

The Online Executive Education Course in Operations Management: from processes to results is scheduled to take up approximately 40 hours, distributed as follows:

  • 4 streaming sessions, each lasting an hour (from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Spanish time) to present each of the four themes that make up the program:
    •  Tuesday, 6 April: process design and results mindset
    • Thursday 15 April: proactive management mindset
    • Tuesday 27 April: constructive management
    • Thursday, 5 May: adaptability
  • 8 work sessions, each lasting 90 minutes (from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Spanish time), to evaluate the actions taken, obstacles and doubts. In these sessions you will also receive help in the development of your project.
  • 3 hours a week preparing the growth and improvement project for your company.

Scheduled streaming sessions

The sessions will be recorded and uploaded to your Virtual Classroom so that you can see them when it suits you best, in case you cannot connect live.

You will be able to evaluate the actions taken, the obstacles encountered and the doubts that arise. In these sessions you will also receive help in the development of your project.

The program has a theoretical base, taught by lecturers, complemented with practical experience acquired in class through real business case studies.

Evaluation

Evaluation consists of following the sessions and practical case studies worked on in class, as well as the delivery of a final project.

How to apply?

To enrol in this program, you must read and accept the Contract Terms and Conditions and fill in the registration form.

The following steps need to be taken to register for the course:

1. Fill in the admission application form. You will receive a username and password to access the eSecretaría platform.
2. On the platform, upload a scanned copy of your ID (both sides).
3. Go to the "Enrolment" section to pay for the course by credit card or bank transfer.

In certain cases, additional documentation may be requested.
