The main objective of the online specialization course in Mergers and Acquisitions is to give the participant a global vision of all the relevant aspects involved in a company merger and/or acquisition process.

Throughout the course you will work on financial, accounting and operational approaches in an M&A operation and you will analyse the various inherent risks that could arise. Risk analysis is of vital importance, since a large number of M&A operations do not end up meeting investors' expectations.

To enrol in this program, you must read and accept the Contract Terms and Conditions and fill in the registration form.

The following steps need to be taken to register for the course:

2. On the platform, upload a scanned copy of your ID (both sides).
3. Go to the "Enrolment" section to pay for the course by credit card or bank transfer.
