User-centric innovation in health crisis management
Cycle to Rethink Management
Public management of essential services, such as health, requires a great capacity for adaptation to respond to the needs of citizens, especially when facing a crisis such as the current one. Nowadays, putting the user at the center and taking advantage of the potential of technology and digital transformation is becoming, more than ever, fundamental to designing useful and products and services with an added value.
Next Thursday, June 18, at 10 am, Rosa Romà, Director of the Area of Citizenship, Innovation and Users of the Catalan Health Service, will explain how the health crisis caused by the Covid-19 has been managed. She will talk with Bet Matoses, Director of Innovation at RocaSalvatella and professor of the Postgraduate Course in Innovation and Design Thinking at the UPF Barcelona School of Management on the need to develop user-centric strategies designed to provide solutions with real impact.
